We all want to go to the gym and workout so we can have a banging body but it never happens. I’ve been saying that I am going to go to the gym for months and I have failed to do so. I use to be in amazing shape and I can really tell the difference in the way my body feels now compared to when I was working out daily.
506 Arm Workout with Weights
12 reps of Overhead Press

12 reps of Triceps Kickbacks

12 reps of Chest Press

You will do this for 3 rounds 30 second- 1 minute break in between rounds
15 reps of Plank with Lateral Raise

15 reps of pushup
15 reps of tricep dips

You will do this for 3 rounds 30 second- 1 minute break in between rounds

Take about picture of yourself before you workouts so that you can see you progress and tweet your favorite exercise using #506workout

      I understand 100% because I’m not a morning person either. Get yourself a workout partner it makes it a little better.
